The bed was really comfortable. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast which was included was both continental style and a cooked breakfast that was prepared freshly for you not a help yourself type arrangement.

Centrally located and good access via Motorway to major cities - Liverpool or Manchester. Ease of car parking and we also enjoyed the breakfasts. Also had a decent evening meal menu and at reasonable cost. Majority of Staff pleasant and helpful.

Staff are always friendly and helpful when I stay. Always clean and comfy beds too good nights sleep always had.

Grate location train station close to everything you need warm clean private rooms all you need for an overnight stay cheap grate Breakfast...quiet grate sleep comfortable beds hot water...loved it ...we had a nice short drive in the morning to chierokes outlet ..grate weekend. Would recommend it for value for money.

My room was a nice size and clean and comfortable. The price was excellent value for money and the staff were very friendly and helpful.. The hotel is in a nice quiet location, but a few minutes walk from the town centre. I would highly recommend this hotel to any business traveler. Well done.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and made you feel so welcome. Room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was amazing (full English, as well as toast, jam and great choice of coffee) and until 11 - just fab!! The location was the best you could have. Everything is quite close: you can walk into town, to the pub, to the theatre. The airport/car rental place is only 30 minutes, lots of other places are close as well: Flint Castle, Liverpool, Prestatyn in Wales and others.

Was just a place to stop over the 2 nights as was visiting family was ok for what we required it for ordered the breakfast the night before so had a discount as ordered the night before and that was nice to

Breakfast was excellent good choice and staff were very friendly probably not an hotel for couples suited our trip perfectly as we were going to an event .Good location and secure close to the town centre .

The staff were exceedingly helpful when we had a problem with the room. It was easy walking distance to restaurants and pubs in Runcorn.
